BACKGROUND

Sunlight is one of the vital ways of obtaining Vit. D(helps in strengthening bones avoids bone wasting diseases like Osteoporosis and Osteomalacia). Increasing brain hormones called serotonin which helps in depression and boost moods and helps person feel calm and focused. – Use in cancer prevention like (colon, pancreatic, prostrate, ovarian cancers ..others), when consumed in right proportion but in excess can cause skin cancer. Can treat skin conditions like Psoriasis, eczema, acne and jaundice.

METHODS

Dosage: 30minutes, 2 to 3 times weekly sunbathe required while wearing swim suite or avoiding direct sunrays hours of 10AM to 4PM is of high risk by wearing protective gears like hats, glasses and sunscreen.

Require Ultraviolet (U.V) radiation needed:

– 50,000IU in Caucasian people.

– 20,000 to 30,000 IU in tanned people.

– 8000 to 10,000 IU in dark skinned people.

RESULTS

Sunlight if essential to the human body for a healthy life style. Adequate amount of routine sunbathe lead to a balance system and prevention dangerous diseases. My main solution is working on obtaining a solar U.V ray quantifier and alarm to indicate the right amount of rays absorbed per session per skinned person. Obtaining a U.V storage bank and emission timer Umbrella or tent to be use out door in poor weather condition and obtained the same effects different from U,V ray treatment SPA. Upon realization it shall be accessible, affordable and reliable as the best available alternatives in absence of sunlight
